Hi, I’m Jordan. 

I'm a personal trainer with six years of experience in 1-to-1 coaching. 

I specialise in functional strength and mobility – the pillars of movement in and outside the gym. Whether you work at a desk or on your feet, play sports or have a lightly active lifestyle, building strength and mobility is essential for maintaining fitness and functionality for life.
